El Código Penal aprobado en 2015, introduce de forma expresa que la adopción e implantación eficaz de modelos de prevención de delitos en las empresas permite atenuar e incluso eximir la responsabilidad penal de la persona jurídica. Estos modelos de prevención de delitos deben reunir unos requisitos mínimos e incluir medidas de vigilancia y control para prevenir delitos.

En este marco, la norma UNE 19601 para la implantación de sistemas de gestión de compliance penal da respuesta a los requisitos exigidos por la ley 1/2015, y permite obtener la certificación por una tercera parte independiente.

In our Virtual Library you will have access to the standard UNE 19601:2017 Criminal Compliance Management Systems.Requirements and guidance for use, as well as a wide selection of standards from different management systems.
In these documents you will be able to underline, make annotations and many other functionalities you will be able to use during your training with AENOR.

Certificate

At the end of the course, the student will receive a certificate of participation in the course provided they finish at least 80% of the activities presented.
