The quality management courses are one of AENOR's most extensive and varied training offers. This is because the field itself requires various types of professionals with different degrees of expertise. Thanks to our quality training, you will enjoy access to the most requested, current certifications, as well as to new areas of application in the industry and the services that have gradually gained prominence.
AENOR's quality courses can be defined as a cross-cutting type training that covers the fundamentals through to the application of specific quality standards for each type of production or manufacturing of goods and services. The broader view of the sector is obtained with the qualification of Director of Quality Management Systems, and from there down, there are other workshops, modules and courses on quality management systems available for specific industries or sectors.
With regard to the latter, the courses are divided into several groups: those aimed at training lead and internal auditors in the ISO 9001 standard, and quality management courses for the industrial, automotive, aviation and railway sectors, as well as for laboratories and educational organisations. AENOR also offers specific and more practical training aimed at improving productivity, learning the tools required to optimise the processes and applying the EFQM 2020 model.
These quality control courses are mainly aimed at directors, managers and auditing technicians with responsibilities in this scope of company administration or with specific interest in developing their career in this area. They are conducted face-to-face, online or in the Live Training modality of streaming classes, where the interaction between students and teachers plays a central role.
