Management systems consultancy

This activity is carried out by AENOR Conocimiento. AENOR CONOCIMIENTO is a different legal entity to AENOR CONFIA.

The activities for the management system consultancy include activities with some restrictions to ensure impartiality. For this reason, additional control mechanisms are applied to ensure that impartiality is not affected in conformity assessment operations, and to ensure that the accreditation requirements are not violated in any case. In this regard, it is important to note that:

• AENOR Confía will not certify any management system on which AENOR Conocimiento consulted until two years after the fact.
• The certification will not be simpler, easier, faster or less demanding with AENOR Confía by virtue of having resorted to AENOR Conocimiento's services.
