the future is innovation. The time is now! Discover a 2025 packed with opportunities.
Companies with 50 or more employees are required to implement an equality plan that guarantees equal treatment and equal opportunities between men and women. The period for adapting to the Royal Decree on equality passed in 2019 and its later modifications, has been extended to March 2022 for companies with between 50 and 100 employees. The push for transformation in this area has given rise to a greater demand for professionals with specific knowledge of gender issues in the workplace. Furthermore, gender equality training in the workplace has also become a driving force in the move towards gender equality.

AENOR, in its commitment to effective equality between women and men, has designed a training programme on equality that will provide the basic tools and knowledge required for the implementation of social responsibility plans, in accordance with the new decree law. Our goal is to offer a new approach to business management from the gender mainstreaming strategy, which involves: equal pay audits, gender neutral business culture and communications and monitoring of the measures applied to combat inequality in the workplace.
The AENOR Gender Equality training courses are offered in two modes: either with separate and specific courses and workshops on the design of equality plans, an analysis of the pay gap and equal opportunities between men and women, or with these courses unified into one comprehensive course. The name given to the AENOR certification for the most comprehensive equality training course is: Advanced Gender Equality Programme in the Workplace A comprehensive analysis of the current situation of gender policies in the workplace and a key tool for adapting to change.
These courses, intended for training professionals tasked with implementing equality plans in their companies, provide tools to help eradicate the pay gap and other types of gender bias in companies. They are initially aimed at of HR department staff, but they will also be of interest to management, business agents, consultants and auditors, and in general, anyone with responsibilities regarding equality or interest in working in this field.
AENOR provides all the technology and means for you to attend this training course and offers the courses in two learning modalities: in-person and Live Streaming. Live Training has been created to simulate that you are in the classroom, and therefore has the same quality as if it were there in person. This is achieved by training with the same teachers, materials and contents as face-to-face training.
