More information
The objectives pursued by any organisation are always developed within an internal and external regulatory framework. This makes it easy to identify the responsibility of companies for any action taken by both the organisation itself and the company's employees, and to act accordingly. Following the 2015 criminal law reform, prevention and compliance models have become a further requirement within good business practices and compliance training is a requirement for their successful implementation. Our courses are designed to train technical profiles capable of managing this growing regulatory pressure through knowledge of norms and standards that guarantee corporate responsibility. A demanding and rigorous profession, highly valued within companies.

AENOR's compliance courses help to foster the culture of compliance within the company. This training is designed to provide participants with the necessary tools for regulatory surveillance and control within organisations and to implement the most suitable procedures and protocols for each situation.
We have two of our own qualifications, Compliance Technician and Specialist, as well as other online courses in administrative management focused on specific aspects of compliance culture: the prevention and detection of corporate crimes, anti-bribery systems (ISO 37001), the management of tax and criminal compliance (UNE 19602 and UNE 19601), and the implementation of the most up-to-date control systems.
The compliance courses are aimed at a well-defined professional profile that includes legal advisers, auditors and other compliance officers.
It is a versatile and accessible training offer. At AENOR, we have made an effort to bring our courses closer to all stakeholders, with proposals ranging from traditional face-to-face classes to remote training via streaming. Live Training is a form of live distance learning in which teachers and participants have the possibility of interacting on the Virtual Campus throughout the training.
