En los últimos años, el sector agroalimentario ha experimentado un cambio espectacular y se ha convertido en un sector estratégico para la economía española.

El concepto de seguridad alimentaria es cada vez más amplio y exigente y se extiende a toda la cadena alimentaria. A la vez, la población exige un mayor nivel de calidad y seguridad en los productos que consume, lo que exige a las empresas del sector transformarse y modernizarse.

Para dar respuesta a las tendencias del mercado, la implantación de sistemas de gestión basados en normas y protocolos de reconocimiento internacional se ha convertido en una necesidad para las empresas que participan en la cadena agroalimentaria.

Con este fin, AENOR desarrolla este programa con la ayuda de expertos del sector, para capacitar a las personas que lo realicen para desempeñar tareas de responsabilidad relacionadas con la gestión de la calidad y la seguridad alimentaria. Durante la formación se explicará el marco legislativo, se profundizará en los conceptos relacionados con la inocuidad alimentaria y se trabajará con los principales esquemas de seguridad alimentaria reconocidos por GFSI, como son el Protocolo BRCGS, el Protocolo IFS y la Norma ISO 22000.
