Gender equality in the Chilean Ministry of Women

AENOR Chile has awarded the Chilean Ministry of Women and Gender Equity the Gender Equality certificate, in accordance with NCh 3262.

This accreditation, among other advantages, ensures a balanced representation of women and men in positions of responsibility and decision-making. It also ensures conditions of access for women/men in sectors of activity and occupation where their gender is under-represented. And it also facilitates the balance between work, family and personal life, incorporating co-responsibility.
