Randstad Foundation and AENOR continue in their joint collaboration

12/11/2018

The Randstad Foundation and AENOR have renewed their collaboration agreement, which aims to train and help disabled professionals to join the labour market, focusing on four key areas: information, guidance, advice and training. Through this agreement, AENOR supports the Randstad Foundation's “Integrados 2018” programme.

The Randstad Foundation will help the professionals participating in this initiative through a personalised employment programme. The first part of this programme involves giving the participants advice on how to actively search for work, through employee orientation workshops and personalised tutorial sessions. The programme is completed with the provision of specialist training in advanced Sap and Excel skills, management tools and software - skills that are highly sought-after at present. At the end of the programme, the participants are awarded an official qualification.

The objective is to train the participants in the most sought-after requirements to help them to join the labour market. Furthermore, the Randstad Foundation will advise and collaborate with AENOR for complying with the Disabled People Act and in integrating disabled people.

In 2017, the Randstad Foundation's “Programa Integrados” programme helped a total of 4,585 people, providing training to 2,215 people and obtaining 1,907 employment contracts for participants.

This collaboration forms part of AENOR's general management activities, upholding its commitment to society and applying good practices in all areas of its activities.

This collaboration forms part of AENOR's general commitment to society, through supporting the development of these measures and generating confidence among the various participants involved, on the basis of knowledge, values and competitiveness.
