AENOR has obtained the accreditation from the National Accreditation Body (ENAC) to carry out the verification of greenhouse gas emission reports of international aviation operators in accordance with the requirements of the International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation (CORSIA). With this accreditation, AENOR auditors will be able to verify the CORSIA Scheme (Carbon Offsetting and Reduction Scheme for International Aviation), which focuses on the mitigation of global airline emissions.
