21 June 2019. FCC Construcción has become the first Spanish company to obtain the certificate AENOR in accordance with the standard ISO 44001, which highlights the implementation of Collaborative Business Relationship Management Systems (CBRMS). It is applied to strategic relationships with major impact on the organisation's business with customers, suppliers, internal and external associates and partners, identified and managed within the collaborative relationship programme.
For FCC Construcción, establishing collaborative business relationships through the ISO 44001 standard management model is a step further in its strategies the field of in innovation, willingness to cooperate, and in its commitment to society. It also represents a new demonstration of leadership and once again establishes the company as a pioneer in the sector. This certification enables FCC Construcción to consolidate and maximise the company's relationships with its stakeholders in the future, increasing the value of and enhancing collaborative work.
ISO 44001 certification verifies the implementation of an effective and smart management system for collaborative business relationships which involves, among others benefits, increased business opportunities, control in knowledge transfer between parties, ability to consolidate relationships with suppliers, customers and members based on a win-win philosophy, the optimisation of costs and creation of value, as well as the ability to strengthen competitiveness to access international markets.
