Aquaservice, the first Spanish company in the bottled water sector certified by AENOR against coronavirus

• The certificate recognises the effectiveness of the security measures adopted by Aachen to ensure the safety of its products, customers and staff.

Aquaservice has become the first company in the bottled water sector in Spain to obtain the certificate AENOR anti-COVID-19 certification This seal of quality is applied both to the production centres at its springs and all its subsidiaries, as well as to its security protocols for home and business deliveries.

The AENOR certificate is an external endorsement of the suitability and effectiveness of the measures applied by the company against the coronavirus. At the same time, the seal demonstrates that these initiatives comply with the guidelines established by the Ministry of Health, the National Institute for Occupational Health and Safety, and other sector guidelines that guarantee the safe production and distribution of bottled water.

The AENOR assessment represents a complete approach to the management of Aquaservice against COVID-19, both in the established and applied protocols as well as in the training and information of all its staff, in terms of Occupational Risk Prevention, as well as in the management of waste and organisational measures to minimise risks and preserve the continuity of its business.

The AENOR certification adds to the company's commitment to the audited Quality of all its processes and products. Aquaservice has the ISO 9001 Quality Management certificate as well as the ISO 14001 Environmental Management certificate, which supervises minimum waste and CO2 generation, among other things.

The leading company in the distribution of bottled water in Spain is also the only company in the sector that, in addition to ISO 22000, has the IFS Food certification issued by the Global Food Safety Initiative, which guarantees the safety and food quality of its products.
