The ALSA company CTEA receives the first AENOR certificate for the Efficient Driving Management System

• This certificate, based on the Specification AENOR EA 0050, accredits that Compañía del Tranvía Eléctrico de Avilés (CTEA) has introduced an Efficient Driving Management System for Industrial Vehicles, with a view to improving its energy efficiency and sustainability.

• In its fleet of 16 buses, it has permitted the company to reduce its consumption of gasoil by 9% between January and August 2016. This represents a saving of 40,171 litres of gasoil. CTEA has also managed to reduce its emissions of carbon dioxide by 99.26 tons.
