Ann W. Phillips is Head of Quality Assurance at BP. She has helped numerous companies to obtain the ISO 9001, QS-9000 and ISO/TS 16949 certifications. In addition, she has extensive experience in consultancy and training, and frequently speaks at conferences on management systems.
José Manuel Pardo Álvarez holds a Degree in Agricultural Engineering, a Master's Degree in Total Quality Management from the School of Industrial Organization and an Advanced Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention. Antonio Sola Rosique is a Civil engineer. His professional experience is closely related to the field of the reliability and maintenance engineering in different types of power generation plants for Iberdrola Generación. He is currently the President of the AENOR Technical Committee AEN/CTN 151 on Maintenance, Vice-President of the National Association for the Development of Maintenance Engineering in Spain (INGEMAN), and also member of the Spanish Maintenance Association (AEM), the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC) and the board of the European Safety and Reliability Dates Association (ESREDA).
Adolfo Crespo Márquez is a Professor of Business Organisation at the Higher School of Engineering of the University of Seville, and Director of the Department of Industrial Organisation and Business Management. He manages the Thematic Network on Operational Security and Service Quality of Production Systems. He has participated in numerous engineering and consultancy projects for different companies, and, since 2002, has been President of the National Association for the Development of Maintenance Engineering in Spain (INGEMAN). In addition, he has written several articles and publications.

José Manuel García Diego holds a Degree in Labour Sciences (UOC), a Diploma in Labour Relations, and is currently completing a Law Degree (UOC). He is the Director of Security certified by the Ministry of the Interior, holds a Postgraduate Degrees in Security in Financial Institutions (UCM) and Information Security (UOC), a Technical Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention (UC), and is a security trainer certified by the Ministry of the Interior. Previously, he was the Director of Comprehensive Security at Caja Cantabria for 12 years and is now a regular collaborator with specialised magazines in the sector. José Luis Fernández Rodríguez is a qualified early childhood teacher and also holds a university expert certificate in sociocultural animation. Since 1996, he worked first as a teacher and then as a coordinator at “La Casita” play centre. Director of the Early Childhood Department at the education company Promoción de la Formación Las Palmas.
José Ángel Salgado Ballestero is a clinical psychologist. He works in the fields of education and community, specifically in prevention and intervention programmes. In particular, he focuses on using play centres as resources for the development of children with psychosocial needs and also family training.
René Arboleda Naranjo holds a Degree in Public Relations and a Master's Degree in organisational communication. He has a Postgraduate Degree in Higher Education under a study agreement with the centre of excellence of the University of Maryland, USA. Furthermore, he is a faculty member of the Universidad Technológica Equinoccial of Ecuador, and has worked as a consultant and adviser for companies for the last 20 years. He has taught courses and seminars related to quality, organisational communication, and business excellence in Argentina, Peru, Colombia, USA, and Ecuador; In addition, he is the manager of an industrial company and head of the firm Arboleda Advisors, which provides consultancy and training in organisational development and public relations.
María Ángeles Miranda Martínez is the Managing Director of Segurbaby S.L. and is an expert in child and road safety accident prevention. She specialises in facilities designed specifically for children and has developed audits for child risk prevention in schools and play centres for children aged 0 to 3 years old. In addition, she is the founding member and Vice-President of the National Association of Child Security (non-profit organisation), founder of Platforma Logieduca, and a member of the Technical Standardisation Committee AEN/CTN 172/SC4 on Materials, services and centres designed for children. She was also involved in drafting the child safety requirements of the guide for designing and building nursery schools published by the Spanish Federation of Municipalities and Provinces (FEMP) and the Ministry of Education. Finally, she regularly writes articles on child safety for national newspapers and digital media.
Mario Falcón Aliaga is the Manager of Creaciones Falcón, S.L. (MOBEDUC), a company that designs and manufactures school furniture. He is the editor of the guide for the optimisation of the design, construction, installation, and management of nursery schools for 0 to 3-year-olds in the Basque Country. Mario also works with Fundación Cidemco on the design, development and implementation of safety regulations and conditions for school equipment for 0 to 3-year-olds. Finally, he is the Director of Plataforma Logieduca, promoter of conferences, and a member of the Technical Standardisation Committee AEN/CTN 172/SC4 on materials, services and centres designed for children.
Juan Carlos López Agüí holds a PhD in Civil Engineering and a Degree in Economics and Business Studies. He was the President of the European Committee for Standardisation (CEN), CEO of the Spanish Institute of Cement and its Applications (IECA), speaker on the EHE Instruction Application Guide, and author of the technical proposals included in the Structural Concrete Instruction (EHE) related to stability limit state and Annex No. 7 on the simplified calculation of concrete sections under normal loads. Furthermore, he is a private consultant, Honorary Professor of the Polytechnic University of Madrid, and President of the workgroup Applied Statistics for Structural Concrete of the Materials Committee of the Scientific-Technical Association for Structural Concrete (ACHE). He has published numerous articles and books.
Antonio Carretero Peña holds a PhD in Industrial Engineering specialising in Chemical Engineering from the Higher Technical School of Industrial Engineering in Madrid, and an Advanced Technician Degree in Occupational Risk Prevention from the CAM in Industrial Safety, Workplace Hygiene, and Occupational Ergonomics/Psychosociology. He has extensive professional experience in Spain and Latin America as an auditor of environmental management systems. Antonio is currently working on new environmental, energy and prevention project lines at AENOR.
Sergio Álvarez Gallego (coordinator of the Carbon footprint series) holds a PhD in Forestry Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He's currently working as an Assistant Lecturer in the Landscape Engineering and Morphology department at the Polytechnic University of Madrid's School of Civil Engineering. He has extensive knowledge and experience in sustainability indicators and managing carbon footprint projects.
Agustín Rubio Sánchez holds a PhD in Biological Sciences Doctor, accredited as a University Professor. At present, he is a professor in the field of environmental technologies at the School of Forestry and Natural Resources in the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He has extensive knowledge and experience in climate change, global change, and managing carbon footprint projects.
Ana Rodríguez Olalla holds a Degree in Forestry Engineering and is currently a PhD student at the Polytechnic University of Madrid. Her line of research is related to environmental sustainability in organisations. She has broad experience in implementing sustainability indicators in public and private organisations.
Carmen Avilés Palacios holds a PhD in Economics from King Juan Carlos University. She is currently a professor of business organisation at the School of Forestry and Natural Resources in the Polytechnic University of Madrid. She specialises in Sustainability Strategies in Organisations and Social Responsibility.
Manuel López Quero holds a PhD in Forestry Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid. He is currently a professor of business organisation at the School of Forestry and Natural Resources in the Polytechnic University of Madrid. His research lines are related to social responsibility with a focus on eco-employment and companies' perception of environmental commitment.
Adolfo Carballo Penela holds a Degree in Administration and Business Management, and a PhD in Economics from the University of Santiago de Compostela, where he currently works a professor in the Department of Business Organisation and Marketing. His main line of research is related to business sustainability and corporate social responsibility. Furthermore, he is an expert in the MC3 methodology for the calculation of the carbon footprint of goods and services based on their life cycle. Marta de la Mano González is a Tenured Lecturer at the Department of Library Science and Documentation of the University of Salamanca. She was also involved in the ISO/TC 46/SC 8/WG 10 workgroup responsible for drafting the Standard ISO 16439.
Beatriz Albelda Esteban is the Manager of the Collections Management Department at the National Library of Spain, and a member of the ISO/TC 46/SC 8/WG 2 and ISO/TC 46/SC 8/WG 4 workgroups responsible for drafting the standards ISO 2789 and ISO 11620.

Santi Romero Garuz is an Architect of Library Service Management of the Provincial Council of Barcelona. He was involved in the ISO/TC 46/SC 8/WG 8 workgroup responsible for drafting the Technical Report ISO/TR 11219.
José Luis Torres González has broad experience in the field of applied electrical engineering obtained from his extensive professional activity in the electrical power distribution sector and in the professional engineering association, as well as his senior teaching position in secondary education and experience organising multiple courses. Basilio Ramos Barbero holds a Degree in Technical Industrial Engineering from the Universidad Laboral de Zamora, a Degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of the Basque Country, and a PhD from the University of Valladolid. Currently, he is a professor at the University of Burgos where he teaches graphic design, technical drawing, graphics, and computer-aided design (CAD).
Esteban García Maté holds a Degree in Technical Industrial Engineering from the University of Burgos, as well as a PhD from the same university. Luis García Gutiérrez has extensive experience in the field of instrumentation, acquired throughout his professional career at the Nuclear Energy Board (JEN), Foster Wheeler, CIEMAT, and the Spanish Centre of Metrology. Carlos Manuel Fernández Sánchez holds a Degree in Computer Engineering from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM); a Master's in Business Management from the Centre of Studies for Economy and Trade (CECO); a Diploma in Advanced Computer Science from the Pontifical University of Salamanca in Madrid (UPSAM); a Diploma in Business Administration from CEPADE-UPM, and the Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA) and Certified Information Security Manager (CISM) certificates from ISACA. He has over 35 years experience in the ICT sector in Spain, Europe and America. From 2004 until 2016, he was the Manager of ICT Certifications at AENOR (Development, research and certification in the Management of ICTs for the Commercial Management of Conformity Certifications/Assessments in: Spain, Europe and Latin America). In addition, he is a professor at the International University of La Rioja (UNIR); a professor in the Master's Degree in IT Systems Auditing and Security at the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM), Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM) and Sergio Arboleda University (Colombia-Spain); a trustee of Fundación I+D Software libre; manager of the Professional Association of Computer Engineers of Madrid (CPIICM); founder of the Spanish IT Auditors Association – ASIA –, ISACA Madrid Chapter, and member of the European Association of CIOs (CIONET).

With over 20 years of experience in management systems, she has worked on the implementation and operation of systems of quality assurance, services, information security, and software improvement processes. She manages projects in public and private companies in several sectors (financial, industrial and services). Currently, she is a Managing Partner of Dársena 33, an ICT consulting firm.
Boris Delgado Riss holds a Degree in Computer Engineering from the Pontifical University of Salamanca (UPSAM); a Master's Degree in IT Security and Auditing from the Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM); CISA and CISM certificates from ISACA, and the Information Technology Infrastructure Library certification (ITIL). He has over 15 years of experience as an ICT consultant and auditor in Spain and Latin America. He is currently the Manager of ICT at AENOR.
