The current version of the UNE-ISO/IEC 20000-2 Standard on Information technology.Service management. Part 2: Guidance for implementing a System Management Service (SGS).

You will also find a wide selection of standards for different management systems.
In these documents you will be able to underline, make annotations and many other functionalities you will be able to use during your training with AENOR.

Certificate

A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to students who complete at least 80% of the course.
