Objectives

Train candidates to implement quality, environmental and occupational health and safety management systems, applying an integrated focus and methodology
Identify the common and specific elements of each of the management systems, taking as a reference the requirements of Standards ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001
Learn the advantages of applying an integration approach that maximizes the benefits for the organization and reduces duplicate efforts
Acquire the skills needed to plan and conduct integrated audits
Know the duties and attitudes that an auditor must adopt
Learn to identify and write up non-conformities

Upon completing this programme, students will be ready to confidently lead the implementation and improvement of integrated management systems in their organizations, thus contributing to sustainable success and business growth.

Content

Module 1. Introduction to integrated management systems.
This module will be taught via live streaming (Live Training mode) and it lasts 7 hours, which will be taught in a full day.

Module 2. Crash course ISO 9001.
This module will be taught 100% online, with support from a specialized instructor.

Module 3. Crash course ISO 14001.
This module will be taught 100% online, with support from a specialized instructor.

Module 4. ISO 45001 intensive.
This module will be taught 100% online, with support from a specialized instructor.

Module 5. Legislative framework and integration of quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems.
This module will be taught via live streaming (Live Training mode) and lasts 28 hours, which will be taught over four full days.

Module 6. Audits of integrated quality, environment and occupational health and safety management systems.
This module will be taught via live streaming (Live Training mode) and lasts 21 hours, which will be taught over three full days.

in-person training modules, which facilitate the exchange of experience and networking,
100% online training modules tutored by experts, so you can combine training with your daily work.

The programme relies on blended learning, combining in-person with 100% online training. It lasts 161 hours, 56 hours of which will be in-person and 105 hours will be done 100% online, tutored. The programme is divided into 6 modules.
• In-person sessions: De 9:00 a 18:00

The in-person sessions will be taught by management system auditors and professionals, with extensive experience in the field and in teaching, thus guaranteeing a high-quality professional learning environment.

The supplementary study materials, such as the publications and standards provided during the course, give students an opportunity to expand their professional knowledge beyond the course.

Students will have access to our Virtual Classroom, an accessible and intuitive tool that allows students to connect from any device. They will be able to do numerous exercises, work with case studies and do group work that will help to consolidate their knowledge and develop the skills required in this programme.
