General Terms and Conditions of Registration
Cancellation of booking
AENOR Formación asks you to send us the cancellation of your booking 5 days before the start of the course in writing, by fax or by email, if you do not want to keep your registration after you have reserved your place on the course. Registered participants who cannot attend may be replaced by someone from the same company.
AENOR reserves the right to claim the following sums:
AENOR Training reserves the right to cancel or modify courses up to 5 days before its commencement. In such instances, the client will be given the choice of having the fees paid returned or applied to future courses.
In the Master's degree Programmes, the booking of a place is paid in the concept of management of the dossier. Therefore, in the event that the interested party does not complete the registration process, the same will not be subject to any type of refund. It will ONLY be returned in the event of suspension of the Master's degree. The amount of each course is that established in the general catalogue
plus the VAT currently in force. The cost includes:
The material, technical documentation and working documentation, comprising handouts from the talks, the exercises completed, standards and related documents. Those standards or publications that have been discontinued or which are not in force at the time the course is held will not be issued to students.
Similarly, AENOR reserves the right to replace the complementary documents given out in some courses with ones of a similar nature.
The payment must be made before the start date of the course, once the invoice that is sent together with the confirmation has been received, by bank transfer or by card. VISA, Mastercard or American Express are accepted. We ask that, after making the payment, you send us the supporting document of the payment to firstname.lastname@example.org, indicating the title of the course and the name of the attendee, since you must have made the payment in order to be allowed access to the classroom.
Management of subsidies
The AENOR Formación courses may be financed via the subsidy system of the State Foundation for Training in Employment (FUNDAE) if they comply with the requirements established in Royal Decree-Law 4/2015 and in Law 30/2015.
AENOR Formación has a free service for management of these subsidies to make this procedure easier, upon express request in the registration application.
AENOR Formación will not be held responsible for the subsidy if the interested party does not comply with the deadlines required to submit the necessary documentation to FUNDAE.
Apart from one-off promotions, which you can learn more about in AENOR Formación, there are special conditions on the amount of each course according to the number of registrations made by the client (company/individual) and invoiced to the same corporate tax ID number/tax ID number during the current year.
The standard price applies to all 1st-time registrations. As such, discounts are applied on the basis of the following scale:
The Members of the Spanish Association for Standardisation, UNE, have a 10% discount off the general fee of each course, and may opt for this discount or for other special prices if there are any. Discounts are not cumulative.
We would like to remind you that not all companies certified by AENOR are members of the Association. We therefore ask you to verify this information before filling in your registration, as AENOR Formación will issue the invoice in accordance with the details that appear in our database.
For special rates, we recommend you opt for In-Company Training Plans, through which you can avoid booking individual places and obtain maximum discounts.
