La Norma ISO 22000
Sistemas de Gestión de la inocuidad de los alimentos – Requisitos para cualquier organización en la cadena alimentaria,
contempla todos los eslabones de la cadena alimentaria que directa o indirectamente pueden introducir un peligro en los alimentos, e integra el Sistema de Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control (APPCC) dentro de la gestión global de la organización.
Desde su publicación a finales de 2005, el grado de satisfacción de las empresas que han optado por este esquema ha sido muy alto. Y es que su implantación y certificación en el sector agroalimentario supone una herramienta de mucho valor tanto para las organizaciones como para la Administración.
En 2018 se publicó una nueva versión de la norma ISO 22000, adaptada a la estructura de alto nivel
de las normas de gestión de ISO, y que amplía el enfoque basado en riesgos, más allá de los establecidos en el Sistema de Análisis de Peligros y Puntos Críticos de Control (APPCC).
Con este curso adquirirá los conocimientos necesarios para implantar un sistema de gestión basado en la Norma ISO 22000 en una empresa de la industria alimentaria.

In our Virtual Library, you will have access to:
The current version of the standard UNE-EN-ISO 22000
Food safety management systems.
Requirements for any organisation in the food chain.
You will also find a wide selection of standards for different management systems.
In these documents you will be able to underline, make annotations and many other functionalities you will be able to use during your training with AENOR.
Certificate
A Certificate of Attendance will be provided to students who complete at least 80% of the course.
Observations
The courses are taught on a tele-training platform with the simultaneous presence of teachers and students interacting in the Virtual Classroom throughout the training session.
During the duration of the course, the teacher presents the subject by videoconference, with practical examples and taking into account the students' queries and questions. The teacher combines theoretical sessions with collaborative exercises in work teams, which guarantees learning and knowledge acquisition, in a manner similar to face-to-face training.
