AENOR has awarded ITP Aero certification in Corporate Criminal Compliance, in accordance with standard UNE 19601 and Anti-bribery, in accordance with ISO 37001. ITP Aero is now the first Spanish aero engine and gas turbine manufacturer to achieve these certifications which accredit that its Security and Resilience Model complies with the requirements of both standards.
The certifications were awarded after a thorough audit of the company’s corporate departments and business units, under the management of the Department of Ethics and Compliance.
Rafael García Meiro, CEO of AENOR, presented the certifications to Carlos Alzola, CEO of ITP Aero.
As part of its new Strategic Plan, last year ITP Aero reviewed and strengthened its Corporate Culture, promoting a High Performance Culture built on four main values: acting with integrity, innovating for the future, progressing towards excellence and caring for employees and customers. In this regard, ITP Aero has introduced new features in the design and diffusion of a new corporate culture of robust regulatory compliance and zero tolerance of bribery and corruption.
