International Training Coordinator

Training Management (Madrid)

The AENOR Training Management Office seeks to incorporate an International Training Coordinator to be responsible for the planning, organisation and supervision of the training activities carried out by AENOR in the international market.

Main responsibilities:

- Collaborate with directors and managers of training in the various AENOR Affiliates, with the aim of promoting the company's Training business in the international market.

- Supervise the schedules, venues and calls for all courses.

- Request, coordinate and organise the necessary resources (trainers, rooms, materials, etc.), with the help of internal and external suppliers.

- Manage and coordinate the organisation of training staff (travel, dates, invoicing, etc.).

- Prepare the International Training Catalogue

Profile of the position:

- Three or four-year university degree.

- 3 years' experience in training management, event organisation or similar, in large and/or multinational companies.

- Proficient at Microsoft Office (especially Access). Experience with business IT systems will be an advantage. Use of internet platforms and databases.

- Must be fluent in English. A knowledge of French is desirable.

AENOR laboratory Business Development Manager

Management of Compliance Operations / Centralised Operations (Madrid)

The AENOR laboratory Business Development Division seeks to recruit a Business Development Manager to promote sales of AENOR services, specific to the agri-food sector.

Main responsibilities:

- Responsible for the AENOR laboratory sales budget.

- Manage the sales team, supervising and organising their tasks. Monitor and offer support and training to their staff.

- Establish, in collaboration with Management, the annual sales action plan, proposing sales strategies and actions to be carried out in order to achieve the set goals.

- Execute the Sales Action Plan, evaluating the results and introducing initiatives to achieve the sales goals.

- Maintain and expand the AENOR laboratory client portfolio.

- Assistance with and organisation of events to market the laboratory services.

Profile of the position:

- A university degree is required in the field of Biology, Pharmacy, Food technology, Veterinary studies or similar. Preference will be given to candidates with post-graduate training in Sales and Marketing.

- 10 years' experience in the marketing of testing or consulting services in the food sector, related to food safety and quality.

- At least 2 years' experience coordinating work teams.

- Available to travel according to the demands of the job

- Must live in the working area

Technical knowledge in food safety, legislation, and different testing actions carried out in the laboratory will be an advantage.

The Business Development Department of AENOR Laboratorio is seeking to recruit a Business Development Technician to expand sales of specific AENOR services in the agri-food sector in the Catalonia/Levante working area.

Main responsibilities:

- Representing the laboratory in the assigned working area.

- Maintaining and developing the client portfolio in the area: Catalonia, Aragon, Valencia and the Balearic Islands.

- Managing assigned clients, acting as a point of contact between clients and laboratory.

Profile of the position:

- Must be qualified with a diploma or degree in food-related disciplines: Chemistry, Pharmacy, Biology, Veterinary studies, or other related disciplines;

- At least 2 years' experience in commercialisation of laboratory services, consulting and/or certification relating to the agri-food field

- Availability to travel according to the requirements of the position (80%).

- Must live in the working area

In our Delegation in Madrid we are looking for a professional, educated to degree level, who can prove a minimum of 3-4 years' professional experience in the implementation, management, consultancy and/or auditing of IRIS and/or ISO TS.

You must have your own vehicle and full availability to travel.

The mission of the position is to act as an AENOR Auditor in certification processes. You would be responsible for the correct execution of audits, developing the systematic and documented processes of validation, determination and verification, which allow you to objectively obtain and assess the evidence from the audit, in order to determine whether an organisation's management project or system is adapted to the auditing criteria, communicating the results of the process to the company in question. The position is located in Madrid.

You must have your own vehicle and full availability to travel.

The Valencia Delegation is looking to hire a professional with a Bachelor's Degree in IT/Telecommunications or Mathematics and at least 5 years of professional experience in the field of ICT, in particular, Information Security.

A master's degree in Cybersecurity/Information Security is also highly valued; CISA certification and training and/or experience in implementing and assessing standard ISO 27001. You must have full availability to travel. A high level of English is essential (a test will be carried out).
