Experts from North Macedonia's Economy Ministry, accompanied by a representative of the European Commission in that nation, visited AENOR to find out in-person about the organisation's market surveillance activities.
During the visit, which took place as part of the European project Legal Harmonization and Capacity Building for Market Surveillance.EuropeAid/138787/DH/BE/MK (Instrument for Pre-Accession 2014, EU Integration Facility, various related matters were discussed, including the inspection of products at manufacturing facilities, the CE mark for equipment subject to the Low Voltage Directive, the N mark for electrical products, the CE mark for pressure equipment and inspection services for products at origin associated with certain government programmes for countries in which AENOR is authorised to operate.
Portugal
