Iberdrola Portugal, certified by AENOR

​AENOR has recently awarded Iberdrola Portugal the international certification for the Complaints and Claims Management System, in accordance with the new version of ISO 10002.

The Standard ISO standard 10002:2018 provides guidance for designing and implementing an effective and efficient process for handling complaints and claims, which can lead to improvements in an organisation's products and services, customer satisfaction and loyalty, as well as its reputation.

Iberdrola Clientes Portugal has thus become the first company in Portugal to obtain AENOR's certification for the management of its customer complaints and claims.
