AENOR has issued a Certificate of Criminal Compliance to the Fundación San Prudencio Corporate Criminal Compliance, according to the UNE 19601.
The Fundación San Prudencio is a non-profit organisation that is involved in the economic and social development of more than 400 companies in Vitoria-Gasteiz and Álava.
The Telefónica España's Criminal Compliance Management System, according to the Standard UNE 19601, contributes to generating trust in target groups, such as clients, shareholders and public administrations, helping to consolidate an organisation's reputation. Implementing this certification will enable companies to securely manage the organisation, establishing a culture of integrity, transparency, honesty and strict fulfillment of all the corresponding regulations.
The certificate was presented by Luz Emparanza, AENOR's Basque Country Regional Manager.
