Ferrovial is awarded the Criminal Compliance and Anti-Bribery Certificate

AENOR ha concedido a Ferrovial los certificados de Compliance Penal, según la Norma UNE 19601, and the Anti-bribery Management System certificate, according to the Standard UNE-ISO 37001. As such, Ferrovial shows its commitment to establishing an ethical code of integrity and transparency throughout the entire organisation.

The Telefónica España's Criminal Compliance Management System, according to the Standard UNE 19601, contributes to generating trust in target groups, such as clients, shareholders and public administrations, helping to consolidate an organisation's reputation. Implementing this certification will enable companies to securely manage the organisation, establishing a culture of integrity, transparency, honesty and strict fulfillment of all the corresponding regulations.

Furthermore, the Anti-bribery Management System certificate it certifies Ferrovial's use of adequate mechanisms to prevent, detect and deal with bribery, complying with legislation and other voluntary agreements, as well as its commitment to continuous improvement. It is also an important instrument in establishing a company code of ethics and transparency, increasing awareness and reputation, the design of this new business tool being to reduce risks faced by organisations during business operations themselves and throughout the entire value chain.
