AENOR has appointed Diego Herranz as the new CEO for the AENOR subsidiary in Ecuador and in Peru Herranz has been connected to the company since 2013. He has more than 15 years' experience working in the implementation and maintenance of management systems in certified companies. He has also developed business for international certification and conformity assessment organizations.
AENOR in Peru was created in 2007 and AENOR Ecuador in 2008. Since then, it has seen constant growth: over 600 certificates in force in Peru and Ecuador; over 3,000 professionals trained in 2018 in both countries; and over 2,500 seminars on supervision and inspection of infrastructures in the region.
Diego Herranz has a degree in Tourism (Nebrija University), specializing in Quality Management and Business Certification (UNED), and a Master's Degree in Marketing and Commercial Management (ESIC).
