AENOR and the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SEGG) have signed a collaboration agreement that enables the leading standards assessment body to provide its audit services to the public and private social services of Residences, Day Centres, Home Help and Telecare that use the SEGG accreditation seal.
The scientific model of quality accreditation is developed with the intellectual property of the Spanish Society of Geriatrics and Gerontology (SEGG) ® and by experts in geriatrics and gerontology with extensive experience in social services and health care for the elderly. It sets requirements and standards of quality and management appropriate for the security of the elderly and of sector professionals. The model includes services provided in Residential Centres, Day Centres, Home Help Services (SAD) and Home Tele-Assistance Services (TAD).
