The Third Connected Industry 4.0 Congress will take place on 12 November at IFEMA (Madrid), organised by the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism in collaboration with the Spanish Association for Quality (AEC). The congress will be inaurgurated by the (Acting) Minister for Industry, Trade and Tourism, Reyes Maroto.
It will provide an inclusive and innovative space where people can share information about the major challenges facing the industry as regards its digital transformation, state of the art enabling technologies and successful experiences in industries with the greatest impact.
During the congress, attendees will be able to visit designated areas to find our about different subjects. The AENOR area will host a round table entitled "SMEs: overcoming the cybersecurity trust gap", where SMEs from different industries will share how they have made trust in their cybersecurity operations a competitive advantage by using tools that contain internationally recognised good practices. Furthermore, this year CIC 4.0 will reaffirm its consolidation by presenting the First 4.0 National Connected Industry Awards and strengthen its international perspective by inviting South Korea to attend the event.
