Carlos Manuel Fernández, AENOR Strategic IT Advisor, has been awarded the 2018 AFSM Award by the Association for Service Management (AFSM). An international non-profit organisation that has been operational for more than 40 years internationally and for 25 years in Spain.
The recognition of Carlos Manuel Fernández comes as a result of his career at AENOR contributing to improving the quality of ICT Services through implementation and certification, according to ISO Standards.
