AENOR's Chief Executive Officer, Rafael García Meiro, has recently awarded ALSA's CEO, Francisco Iglesias, the IQNet SR10 Social Responsibility certificate; this certification endorses the company's commitment to social responsibility, good governance and continuous improvement.
This certificate has been awarded alongside the publication of the company's first Sustainability Report, as part of ALSA's commitment to sharing information and transparency with its main stakeholders.
The Report has been drafted in compliance with the standards GRI (Global Reporting Initiative) and verified by AENOR; it provides detailed information on the main actions and policies implemented by ALSA in the areas of excellence, safety, customers, people, society and the environment, all of which are company hallmarks.
ALSA also holds the European Seal of Excellence; EFQM 500+ European Seal of Excellenceby being granted this certificate, ALSA once again feels encouraged to continue cementing its model of excellence based on the continuous improvement and innovation it has been pursuing over recent years.
