The Chairman of AENOR, Carlos Esteban, and CEO, Rafael García Meiro; have held a meeting with the Minister of Industry, Trade and Tourism, Reyes Maroto; and Raúl Blanco, General Secretary of Industry and SMEs; Galo Gutiérrez, Director General of SMEs; and José Manuel Prieto, Deputy Director General of Quality and Safety Management.
During the meeting, they had the opportunity to exchange opinions on the significant contribution of value that AENOR provides to sectors and on the fields of work in the lines promoted by the Ministry. AENOR outlined the current process of transformation that the company is developing, as well as the new Brand Strategy.
In November last year, AENOR launched a Brand repositioning, within a broad and ambitious transformation process of the Company; which is developed with the aim of promoting the continuous improvement of the services it provides. The new mission statement is "We contribute to the transformation of society, creating trust between organisations and people." This reflects AENOR's desire to help, along with the renewed brand, to support the messages that its customers want to convey to society.
