The first call of the "12 Challenges of Industry 4.0" programme of the Ministry of Industry, Trade and Tourism, developed by the School of Industrial Organisation (EOI), has just been published. The aim is to connect new generation, start-up companies, with recognised industrial companies in Spain, in order to promote open innovation.
After identifying the technological challenges of 12 large industrial companies, the call seeks to select other suitable start-up companies that respond to the solutions based on the digital enablers of the 4.0 Industry.
The the challenge proposed by AENOR is: access to information and product traceability from a certification mark. Start-ups are sought for digital image processing, augmented reality, artificial intelligence, blockchain, fast information reading systems, etc.
The deadline for submitting applications is 29 July, which will be made via the EOI website, and where detailed information on each of the 12 challenges proposed can also be found.
