Goldcar, certified by AENOR for its management of COVID-19

• AENOR has certified the safety, disinfection and social distancing measures implemented by the company in its vehicles and offices.
  

4 November 2020. Goldcar, the low-cost brand of the Europcar Mobility Group's car rental division, has today received the certificate of AENOR anti-COVID-19 certification

The mark from AENOR accredits the effectiveness of the measures implemented by Goldcar since the onset of the health crisis and its compliance with the guidelines set by the Ministry of Health. These measures include the systematic disinfection of vehicles and counters between each car rental; a "zero contact" policy, in which the keys are disinfected and handed over in a sealed envelope, and social distancing in its offices.

Goldcar also has Key'n Go automatic key dispensers in its offices, which allow customers to collect their keys in less than a minute, avoiding queues and contact with other customers or employees.

As explained by Tobias Zisik, Managing Director of Europcar Mobility Group Spain, "the AENOR certificate, which our Europcar brand also holds, is further proof of our commitment to customer safety and the effectiveness of our Safety Protocol worldwide."
