25 June 2019. The Colegio Profesional de Administradores de Fincas de Madrid (CAFMadrid) has received the international standard ISO 9001, the most widely adopted quality management tool in the world, with presence in 189 countries, and which grants AENOR.
The award ceremony took place this morning at the headquarters of CAFMadrid, where its president, Isabel Bajo, received the director of AENOR for the Central and European Region, Gonzalo Piédrola, who delivered the certificate that accredits the College's compliance with the UNE-EN ISO 9001 Standard and its implementation of a Quality Management System that is committed to continuous improvement.
"The Colegio de Administradores de Fincas de Madrid has demonstrated the improvement of its work processes and the elimination of costs arising from a lack of quality, achieving greater involvement of professionals to get the job well done and in a sustainable manner," said Piédrola.
For her part, Isabel Bajo explained that "the efforts made by members of the Governing Board and the staff of the College have borne fruit with this recognition of excellence and continuous improvement that guides the management of the College in the various services and departments that comprise it.
AENOR has identified outstanding activities of CAFMadrid to include the provision of membership services and of the planning of professional activities, the defence and discipline of member professionals, management of accidents, advice to members, management through its computer platform, as well as training, information, communication and the sale of products.
This recognition is in addition to the Madrid Excelente seal, received a few days ago from the Community of Madrid.
