19 de junio de 2019. AENOR sponsors the 5th Conference on Quality in the Healthcare Sector led by the Spanish Private Healthcare Alliance (ASPE), the first activity within the framework of a collaboration agreement between the two organisations, and which seeks to instil the best practices in the humanisation of healthcare.
The conference will be held tomorrow, Thursday 20 June, at the Banco Sabadell auditorium and will address proposals for humanising healthcare, tools for managing it, as well as the vision of the healthcare audit from the perspectives of the auditor and the audited, and best practices in healthcare, always placing the focus on the patient.
"This new edition of the conference will focus on the humanisation of healthcare and its organisation would not be possible without AENOR's collaboration", states Carlos Rus, general secretary for the Spanish Private Healthcare Alliance.
Furthermore, Marta Serrano, Head of Health at AENOR, highlighted the existence of more than 900 certificates supporting the sector and emphasised that "certification contributes to improving the management of healthcare services and the satisfaction of all the system's users. AENOR's certificates bolster competitiveness among healthcare organisations, encouraging ongoing improvement in the fields of quality management, healthcare, environment, information security, food safety and healthcare products".
AENOR focuses its activities in Health Care on four basic premises: contribute to improve the health of the people, to bring the health care system closer to society, to improve the management of health care organisations and to increase the efficiency of the sector.
AENOR will support ASPE in the growth and development of the various partner companies in Spain, as a sponsor of the private health management company, generating trust in the capabilities of organisations through conformity assessment services (certification, inspection and testing), training and information.
