AENOR laboratory, accredited to analyse staphylococcal enterotoxin

The objective is to increase safety and to prevent food poisoning.

• Obtains the recognition of the Spanish National Accreditation Body (ENAC) to carry out this type of analysis in food products. This toxin, which generates staphylococcal bacteria, is usually found in dried products, powdered milks, pasteurised food products or hard cheeses.

• The accreditation is an endorsement of the skills, solvency and technical expertise of the laboratory, which specialises in carrying out quality controls and food safety.
