AENOR awards the Antolin Group the double certification in Criminal and Anti-bribery compliance systems

02/03/2020

  • This is the first Spanish multinational in the automotive industry to achieve these certifications.

2 March 2020   AENOR has presented to Antolin Group, one of the world's largest manufacturers of interior fittings for vehicles, the Criminal Compliance Management System and Anti-bribery Management System certificates issued by AENOR.

These certifications verify and accredit that the company has developed criminal and anti-bribery systems that comply with the requirements of the reference standards UNE 19601:2017 and ISO/UNE 37001:2017.

These are the international standards for organisations that seek to implement an effective organisational and management model that reduces the risk of committing criminal offences and avoid practices of bribery.

Antolin Group is the first Spanish multinational in the automotive industry to achieve these AENOR certifications. In this way, Antolin Group has become a benchmark for international best practice in compliance and the fight against corruption.

With these certifications, Antolin Group continues to make progress in implementing the highest standards of compliance with the aim of strengthening good governance and responsible management. The company seeks to create a culture of transparency, ethics and compliance that guarantees the interests of all stakeholders.

Antolin Group expressly rejects all forms of corruption in the broadest sense, including active, passive, private and official corruption, applying a zero tolerance policy with respect to any breach of the Code of Ethics and Conduct and the organisation's policies.
