AENOR and ILUNION are working together to contribute to making society more inclusive and to facilitate equal access for everyone to goods, services, and environments within the business sphere and its stakeholders.
The commitment to accessibility must be present in all areas of the organization, from governance to environments, products, services, and ICT solutions, including all channels of interaction and communication with both customers and employees.
To understand where a company stands on accessibility, it must have an initial diagnosis to identify areas of improvement, a strategy that outlines a roadmap for addressing and highlighting the actions taken, and the commitment to implement these actions, following the methodology developed by ILUNION.
The 360 Accessibility certification is the milestone that helps to make the organization's voluntary commitment visible, as well as the path to excellence in accessibility, which is key to ensuring equality, a pillar of social sustainability.
The main goal of the 360º Accessibility Commitment certification is to recognize the organization's ability to meet the recommendations of the 360º Accessibility Commitment Model. This Model leads companies to commit to ensuring accessibility is implemented across all areas (360) and in a permanent way, ensuring its continuity. It thus involves incorporating accessibility into the company's strategy and a commitment to complying with it.
In the current context of greater demand and social pressure for companies to contribute to sustainability, this certification contributes to action to improve social sustainability, responding to the slogan of the 2030 Agenda "Leave no one behind".
