This specification defines the processes for the advice service for managing a person's portfolio of savings products, and specifies the requirements regarding responsible and ethical behaviour, competence and experience required of the organisation providing advice in terms of personal wealth management.
Approach to providing ethical advice on asset management:
It is applicable to all financial institutions that provide consulting services for personal asset management and that are listed in the Official Registers of the CNMV (National Securities Market Commission) and the Register the Bank of Spain.
The certification can be acquired with other specifications of the banking sector, Corporate Banking, Personal Banking or Business Banking.
