AENOR has developed a certification solution for Restaurant Service, designed for both restaurant and catering operators, as well as the companies that hire these services, in order to guarantee consumers that the service they are receiving is safe, healthy and meets their expectations.
This is a simple certification process, since it does not require the implementation of any procedures or systems in addition to those that catering operators should already be using. The process is carried out by means of a constant assessment of the catering service, including audits, sampling and testing.
